Iraq and Rule of Law Indicators: Possible Opportunities (An Analytical Study)

Abstract
this analytical report evaluates the status of the rule of law in Iraq and the Kurdistan Region using the World Justice Project (WJP) framework. The study identifies systemic and procedural barriers—such as corruption, administrative bureaucracy, political interference, and infrastructure deficits—and presents qualitative and quantitative field findings along with concrete recommendations to establish a National Rule of Law Strategy for Iraq by 2030.
